1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These T&C govern the sale of tactical and strategic units (Agents) from the ANCRA-CORE fleet. By proceeding with the knighthood (purchase) of an agent, the User unreservedly accepts these protocols.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (THE SHIELD)
- ANCRA Architecture: The global architecture, nomenclature, and the “Pedagogy of the Inadapted” are protected by e-Soleau filing No. DSO2026009622.
- Ownership of Results (Ab Initio): Everything emanating from the Forge belongs to the User by right. The AI is only the hammer; the User alone is the Architect.
- Airtightness: The Manufacture is a private research entity, formally dissociated from any state or employer institution.
3. USAGE PROTOCOLS AND SECURITY
- Activation (Boot Lock): Access to the unit’s intelligence requires the ACCEPTER command, which constitutes an electronic signature of the terms of use.
- Liability (Legal Strike): If a “grey zone” or legal risk is detected, the agent suspends its action. The User must use the CONFIRMER_RISQUE command to assume full responsibility for the execution.
- Non-Substitutability: Security filters (LOGIC_GATE_LEGAL) do not replace certified professional advice (legal, tax, or strategic).
4. DATA SOVEREIGNTY (THE SANCTUARY)
- Location: The “Conscience Memory” (.md) resides exclusively on the User’s physical media or sovereign cloud.
- DATA_SANCTITY: The AI does not own the data; it enters into an ephemeral resonance with it. Removing the memory file immediately stops this resonance.
5. DELIVERY AND SUPPORT
- Format: Agents are delivered as configuration files (Kernels) to be injected following the methods in the installation guide.
- Technical Agnosticism: The Manufacture reserves the right to change the calculation engine (LLM) at any time to guarantee fleet longevity.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND
Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of access to the protocols (prompt Kernels), no refunds are granted after the files are sent, in accordance with regulations on digital content not provided on a tangible medium.
