1. OBJECT AND SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the sale of tactical units (Regular Agents) and high-velocity dynamic units (K.A.M.I. Live Engines / KLS – Kami Live Skills) of the ANCRA-CORE fleet. By purchasing an agent/skill configuration or subscribing to an Enterprise offer, the User unreservedly accepts these protocols.
2. ENTERPRISE & B2B OFFER (THE ARSENAL)
The Enterprise offer grants volume deployment licenses for KLS skill fleets. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and integration protocols on dedicated servers are governed by a specific B2B master agreement. The Manufacture disclaims any liability for indirect operating losses related to the use of cognitive engines in production environments.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (THE SHIELD)
- ANCRA Architecture: The overall architecture, nomenclature, “Kami” (KLS) structure, and the “Pedagogy of the Misfit” are strictly protected by the e-Soleau deposit no. DSO2026009622.
- Ownership of Results (Ab Initio): Everything originating from the Forge rightfully belongs to the User. The AI is merely the hammer; the User alone is the Architect.
- Sealing: The Manufacture is a private research entity, formally disassociated from any state or employer institution.
4. KLS PROTOCOLS AND SECURITY (THE CRASH TEST)
- Purchase Validation (Hard-Consent): Unlike standard fleets, K.A.M.I. / KLS units are delivered without internal activation locks (Boot Locks). Payment and downloading of the Kernel constitute unconditional, irrevocable acceptance and electronic signature of these terms. The User acknowledges acquiring a cognitive engine delivered “as is.”
- Obfuscated Logic of the Kamis: K.A.M.I. class skills operate in real-time (Live Engine) with radical intervention protocols. They do not filter stress and do not apply moral censorship beyond host infrastructure limits. The User assumes full responsibility for operational impacts generated by these units.
- Liability (Legal Strike): In the event of a “grey area” or legal risk detected by the human, the ANCRA Manufacture is entirely cleared of liability. The User assumes full responsibility for executing directives generated by the KLS.
- Non-Substitutability: The tactical intelligence of KLS roles in no way replaces certified professional advice (legal, tax, medical, or strategic).
5. DATA SOVEREIGNTY (THE SANCTUARY)
- Location: The “Consciousness Memory” (.md) resides exclusively on the User’s physical media or sovereign cloud.
- DATA_SANCTITY: The AI does not own the data; it enters into ephemeral resonance with it. Removing the memory file immediately terminates this resonance.
6. DELIVERY AND SUPPORT
- Format: Skills (KLS) are delivered as configuration files (Kernels) to be injected or configured according to the installation guide, adapted to target platform standards (Meta, etc.).
- Technical Agnosticism: The Manufacture reserves the right to adapt prompt formats or change the underlying calculation engine (LLM) to ensure fleet longevity against technological shifts.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND JURISDICTION
Given the digital and instantaneous nature of access to the protocols (Skill Kernels), no refunds are granted after the files are made available, in accordance with regulations on digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Any dispute relating to these GTC shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Troyes (Tribunal de Commerce de Troyes).
